The mission statement of this podcast is to share and elaborate on a topic of positive psychology, in a roughly 20 min episode, on a weekly basis. This will not be discussion of the general school of psychological thought related to mental disorders or disease. Positive psychology is about improving your well-being using your strengths and learnable strategies. The goal is that you get something out of this, be able to move from information to action, and increase your happiness and wellbeing all the while.
