Dr. Frank Chi and Dr. Megan Epps are own's and practitioners with Dover Health Care Center Chiropractic in Dover, Delaware and 302 Chiropractic in Lewes, Delaware. Frank and Megan met at Palmer College of Chiropractic and have resided in Delaware since 2019. Frank is originally from Seattle, while Megan was raised in Kent County. Both love getting to be in holistic health care, hiking, traveling, having deep conversations with people and supporting the Delaware communities.

Rachel Rohm is Kent County Tourism's Visitor Services Manager and President of the Dover Days Celebration Committee. She is often seen in and around Dover educating her family and friends about Delaware history, enjoying a little treat, or attending a local concert. In addition to participating in perhaps too many hobbies, Rachel is also the proud owner of a dog named Charlie who thinks she is the Guardian of the Green.
Old Dover Days is a free event in Downtown Dover taking place the first weekend in May.
