We started this podcast because we both found that we had very busy lives and we weren't speaking to each other enough. When we did talk, it was always about camping. By putting a podcast episode out every week we make sure we keep in touch. It's as simple as that.
We aren't sponsored and we don't need paid partnerships. This isn't our day job, it's simply a way to keep two brothers connected. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we love making it.

As a Texan who’s spent more nights in the woods than I have in my own bed (okay, slight exaggeration), Casual Camping Podcast is exactly what I need—just enough expert advice to keep me from setting myself on fire from sparky burns, but not so much that I feel guilty for using a camp chair instead of a rock. Tim and Ade are the perfect blend of knowledge and chaos, like two guys who could either teach you to start a fire or accidentally burn down the whole campsite. Five stars because I laughed, I learned, and I only mildly questioned their survival skills. Pop a top my friends!
I thought it was about time I sent a mediocre 5 ⭐️ review. I do love the podcast, the banter is ace. And whilst the facts are dubious, they are delivered genuinely, honestly & with conviction 😂 I recommend it to everyone, whether they want me to or not. -Rich
