A registered professional engineer, Robert has been involved in the Community Association industry since 1982. Robert founded Association Reserves, Inc. in 1986 and has pioneered many widely used reserve funding concepts. For his expertise, he earned the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Reserve Specialist (RS) designation and has the distinction of being RS #5. Robert was involved in creating the 1998 National Reserve Study Standards and has greatly influenced the Reserve Study industry. He is a past Chairman of CAI’s Reserve Professionals Committee, past Chairman of the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts, and past President of the Community Association’s Institute (CAI) Greater Los Angeles Chapter. Robert regularly writes on the topic of Reserve Studies and is a frequent speaker in industry-sponsored seminars and presentations throughout the United States. He is often called to serve as an expert witness in litigation involving reserve issues.

Julie Adamen is the principal of Adamen Inc., a national consulting and employment firm specializing in the community management industry formed in 1997.  She is a recognized and designated expert in community management and association and management company operations.  She is a prolific author, educator, motivational speaker and trainer for community managers and Boards of Directors.  

Julie has been speaking to and training community managers and Boards of Directors for over 23 years with Adamen Inc. She has been primary writer and publisher of The HOA Manager NewsLine and CAM 101 Resources, industry e-newsletters, with monthly circulation of over 13,000 respectively.  She has authored hundreds of educational articles on community management, and her work has been printed in over 120 industry publications.  

Kevin Davis is the President of Kevin Davis Insurance Services, Inc., currently the Managing General Agent for Travelers Insurance and is one of the largest writers of specialty insurance coverage for community associations in the country. He currently insures over 40,000 community associations and is the largest writer of this type of business throughout the US.

Kevin has worked in the insurance industry for 30 years focusing on community associations for the past 25 years. He started Kevin Davis Insurance Services, Inc. in 2000 and has grown from two employees to over 65 employees.

Kevin Davis writes and lectures frequently in the areas of loss prevention techniques for community associations and is a faculty member of the many Community Associations Institute (CAI) training programs held throughout the United States.
