On this weeks episode I go over some key points why spending time alone is important not only for your healing but just overall mental health and the person you are towards everyone around you. When was the last time you gave yourself 15-30 min alone to just be? to sit in silence? or just to rest? If you couldn't find an answer to any of those questions than this episode is for you and why its so important to have time for yourself, how it helps for you to reflect not only on yourself but life in general, you get to know yourself better and understand what lights you up and what doesn't, while also depending on yourself rather than depending on others.
