With over 15 years of experience in child welfare, DEIB, and systems change, Kenisha is a transformational leader dedicated to dismantling systemic inequities. She facilitates strategic planning, training, and consulting nationwide, collaborating with government agencies, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations to create sustainable, equitable change.
Kenisha is also a published author. Her latest book, And Then She Persisted, is a powerful memoir of overcoming generational trauma, abuse, and neglect, standing up against racism, and embracing advocacy, allyship, and purpose-driven leadership.
