John Brady is one of our Directors at Schools Advisory Service and in this episode of the Ask Andy podcast he describes what drives him and why wellbeing in schools is so important to him. SAS now have a wellbeing provision for schools which is second to none and is part of John's drive to embed wellbeing to prevent absences and ill health but with the caveat that an absence insurance policy will always protect the school budget.
