And if you can, leave me a five star raving review. That's going to help to grow the podcast. Essentially, that's going to help to enable us to reach more people and support this so that this continues to be a running and a growing podcast that can support you with your sexual wellness, your vaginal health, and your pelvic floor fitness. All right, let's get into it today. So three ways to orgasm from penetration.

00:00:54

Let me just start off by saying that it's completely normal if you do not orgasm from penetration. I needed a moment of silence for that because I get this question in my DMs every single week, and that is, hey, I am having sex, but I can't reach orgasm from penetration. So it's important for me to first just set the stage by saying it's normal if you don't. And that is because the clitoris is the primary organ that helps us to reach an orgasm. The clitoris.

00:01:25

And the most sensitive part of the clitoris is on the outside of our bodies and not on the inside. It's not in the vagina. The part that most responds to stimulation, the most sensitive part of the clitoris is not from the inside of the vagina. It's the outside. It's the little knob.

00:01:42

It's the little beam right above the vagina. If you keep going up, you should meet the clitoris. That is what helps us to reach orgasm. So looking at ways to stimulate the clitoris, whether directly or indirectly, is going to be the most reliable way to orgasm. And it doesn't mean that we can't reach orgasm from penetration.

00:02:00

It's just going to be more cumbersome. And there are some of you listening who are like chowa orgasm from penetration every time. It's easy. Well, you're the unicorn, you're the unicorn, you're the outlier. You're the person who everyone is trying to be.

00:02:15

So listen, 80% of us do not orgasm for penetration. But let's get into ways that you can. Like I said, it's not impossible to, but it's going to require a little bit more focus. Most likely, it's going to require a little bit more effort and some strategy. Before I get into this, I want to let you know that I'm going to be sharing way more details regarding pleasure in my Pleasure masterclass.

00:02:38

I don't know if you guys are already signed up. Or if you've heard about it, it's called My I come first Pleasure Masterclass. We're going to be talking about ways to orgasm. Squirt, stimulate different erogenous zones, enhance your foreplay, and also teach you sexual scripts so that you can know exactly how to ask for what you want in bed to prioritize your pleasure. Okay, there's a link in the show notes if you're interested in that masterclass, I highly encourage it.

00:03:01

Okay, if you like pleasure, I highly encourage it. But let's get into this. The number one way to help you orgasm from penetration would be something called double stimulation. This is when something's going into the vagina. Let's say it's a finger, a penis, sex toy, but also something stimulating the clitoris.

00:03:20

So maybe that meet, maybe your finger, maybe that is a sex toy. Maybe that is just pressure from someone's body part. For example, let's say that you're in cowgirl. There is a penis obviously in a vagina. And you're now on top so that you can tilt your pelvis, sort of stick your booty out more to get pressure on your clitoris.

00:03:42

Or let's say that you're in missionary and the person is more so over you so that they're providing stimulation right on top of your clitoris. This is an example of double stimulation. So that's the number one way to help you reach an orgasm during penetration, double stimulation. The second way that I would encourage you to try to orgasm from penetration is looking at how can you stimulate the anterior wall of the vagina. So if you go into the vagina, there's a top wall and then there's a bottom wall.

00:04:18

Now the top wall is going to be closer to the clitoris. That's going to be closer to our pleasure organ that typically helps us to orgasm. So for example, let's say that you're using a dildo and you're already aroused. We would hope that you just didn't stick a dildo in your vagina and you're dry, unaroused, not sexually excited. Let's imagine that you're already aroused in some way and you're lubricated either with the aid of a lubricant or your natural lubrication.

00:04:44

You're going to want to think about how can you stimulate the upper wall of the vagina? Because this is where the clitoris meets the vagina and the bladder. It's called the cuv clitoral urethral vaginal complex. So by inserting something into the vagina in and out motions, you want to play with the angle of that penetration to help you stimulate that clitoris more. And as long as you're aroused enough, as long as you are actually into it, you're sexually excited, you're lubricated either naturally or with aid, and you are providing more stimulation to the upper wall.

00:05:20

And it's not like you're jamming into the upper wall, just intentionally providing more stimulation to the top, then that's going to be one way that can help you to reach orgasm. You're welcome. Oh my gosh. You're welcome. You're welcome.

00:05:37

You're welcome. Okay, I'm done. So that's the second way. All right. The third way to help you if you want to orgasm from penetration is moving your pelvic floor.

00:05:51

Moving your pelvic floor. So one of the things that helps someone to reach an orgasm from penetration is the distance between the clitoris, the clitoral head and the vaginal opening. It's called the CV distance, right? The clitoral vaginal distance. If you are someone who has a vaginal opening that's further away from the clitoris, there's a longer distance.

00:06:16

It may be harder for you to reach an orgasm, but I want you to play with the relaxation in your vagina and also the contraction. Now I'm not saying to squeeze your vagina so hard that now sex hurts, but I am saying try relaxing your vagina all the way while you're having intercourse or while you're having penetration. But then also try contracting the pelvic floor just a little bit to see if you feel a little bit more arousal. Maybe try contracting it with a little bit more force, a stronger contraction and holding it and seeing if that helps to help you feel more aroused. Because what we're doing is we're bringing the vaginal opening a little bit closer to the clitoris by contracting the muscles.

00:06:58

So this is going to be more helpful for you if you don't have any pain, if you don't have pain with sex, if you don't have a tight pelvic floor. This is going to be more helpful for you if you're having pain with sex, if you have vulvodynia, if you have a tight, hypertonic pelvic floor. I'm not talking to you right now, so I'm not encouraging you to contract. But if you don't have any pain with sex, you don't have a tight pelvic floor, you don't have pelvic pain, then play with your pelvic floor muscles. It can also mean playing with the angle of your pelvis.

00:07:26

So there are particular and specific ways in which you can rotate your pelvis. You can turn your hips, you can move your low back, your tailbone in ways that are going to bring your clitoris closer to the vaginal opening and help you to get closer to that orgasm. Now remember, because we naturally orgasm most reliably from direct clitoral stimulation, it doesn't mean that you're going to immediately orgasm as soon as you try this, but it does mean that you'll have a better chance. You'll have a better chance if you can play with the positioning of your pelvis. Play with the contraction and the relaxation in your pelvic floor.

00:08:06

Because what we're trying to do is bring more blood flow to that clitoris. So whenever we contract the pelvic floor and relax it, what we've just done is like a pump. The pelvic floor is a natural pump. And when the pelvic floor pumps, it sends blood to the clitoris. So the harder we can get that clitoris, the more engorged with blood we can get it, the easier it will be for us to orgasm.

00:08:26

But also, again, we want to remember direct stimulation or indirect stimulation to the clit is going to help you reach that orgasm. So let's review what we just went over. Number one is double stimulation. That's when something's going in and out of the vagina and something's also stimulating the clitoris. It could be a sex toy, it could be your finger, et cetera.

00:08:47

Number two is going to be to try and stimulate the anterior wall of the vagina. And number three is going to be play with the pelvic floor in terms of contraction and relaxation. And also experiment with changing the position of your hips, your pelvis and even your tailbone to help you change your pelvic floor muscle activity, which can pump more blood to the clitoris. Again, I am going to show you in my Pleasure Masterclass this stuff in greater detail so that you go away with clarity on how to more reliably orgasm, how to strengthen your orgasms if you already are having them, and how to enhance your foreplay experience. Because the foreplay is what's going to really help us to get wet, aroused and ready.

00:09:29

That's going to also help to increase our chances of orgasming and orgasming more strongly because no one wants a weak orgasm. Well, I don't. Okay, maybe I should speak for myself. We're going to also talk about sexual scripts, what to say in the bedroom if you don't know how to ask for what you want. We're talking about all of that.

00:09:48

Oh my gosh. So sign up if you're interested. It's called the I come first pleasure masterclass. I can't wait to have you all because I love talking about the Pelvic Forum pleasure and it's high time. Listen, we've been faking our orgasms.

00:10:01

We've been denying sex because it sucks. That's why we've been acting like we're not sexual beings. Listen, we get clitoral erections. We have sexual needs as well. And even if you are not currently sexually active, you're going to learn so much about your sexual anatomy, about the body, about pleasure.

00:10:18

I highly encourage you to come. No pun intended. I highly encourage you to come. Okay? All right.

00:10:25

Go to the show notes if you're interested in this Masterclass. It's coming up this coming Sunday. Y'all. I really hope that you enjoyed this episode about how to reach orgasm from penetration, because many of you are asking me that in my DMs all the time, so I thought I would talk about it. If you enjoyed this episode and learned something new, I'm going to ask you to just leave me a five star Raven review and make sure that you subscribe, okay?
