Wade is a graduate of Birmingham-Southern College and Vanderbilt University. While in graduate school, he was chosen for a Lilly Endowment program in Nicaragua. This new approach to humanitarian assistance captivated Wade. He spent the next twenty-two years of his life re-educating churches on development and humanitarian work that doesn't weaken communities by fostering dependence or undermining the self-reliance of the beneficiaries. His projects in Nicaragua involved medical clinics, clean water, housing, and education. An ordained pastor in the United Methodist Church, Wade has led three churches and served on staff in three others. His experience in church leadership has afforded him a wealth of experience in fundraising, volunteer recruitment, staff leadership, board development, and marketing.
Wade has a wife, Julia, and two boys, Wade III and Haines. In his spare time, Wade enjoys golf, backpacking, fishing, reading, exercise, college football, and gardening.

Jaipreet is the Executive Head of Philanthropy and Public Engagement at All We Can. A trailblazer from the outset, Jaipreet's quest for impact ignited after she achieved her Master's in International Politics, propelling her towards a sector where she could wield her knowledge as a catalyst for change. From her formative years at Emergency UK to her time with esteemed entities like the US Human Rights Network, United Sikhs, Medical Aid for Palestinians, and Action for Children, Jaipreet's footprint spans continents, leaving an indelible mark on those she serves.

Jaipreet has a passion for strategy, fundraising, communication, and financial sustainability, which are the cornerstones of her craft. Yet, it's her ability to foster connections that sets her apart, a virtuoso in building bridges and sharing the profound impact of All We Can's endeavours.
