Humans Unplugged
How can we break free from limiting narratives and conditioning to live a life of true creation and growth?
Hi I'm Nina. I'm a social worker, counselor, coach, and content creator focused on helping others shift their perspective.
The more we let go of the stories that hold us back, the more we get out of ourselves, and therefore the more we get out of life.
There's a name I like to call people who are committed to the art of challenging their own stories, standards, and limited identities. I call them "Humans Unplugged."
This podcast is my little invitation to you, to join me in the vulnerability and honesty required to practice this art.
Oh and, be ready to laugh as we ride the wave.
All the love,
Nina
