Round Table Discussion: Risk Management and Accident Analysis
Jan 10, 2024 Season 2 Episode 2
Nicholas Hogle

Regardless of the depth, whether five meters or fifty meters, there is always a level of risk when it comes to scuba diving. The question is, how, as individuals, are we assessing and evaluating these situations? What steps can we take to improve and mitigate? In the aftermath of an incident, how do we create a community where an individual feels empowered to speak about the experience? Why have we created an environment where someone is reluctant, scared, or ashamed to speak about an accident?

In this Round Table Discussion about Risk Management and Accident Analysis, I speak with Grant Tobin, Dr. Neal Pollock, Charlie Roberson, and Gareth Lock.

Special guest appearance by Dr. Richard Harris.
