Brooklyn-native Jerry Kassar, with an extensive 40-year legislative career, has significantly impacted local and state politics. His notable roles include State Senator Martin Golden’s Chief of Staff, NYS Commissioner of the Interstate Environmental Commission, and numerous key positions within the Conservative Party. Kassar's advocacy for pro-life issues has remained a constant throughout his political journey. As a community leader, he contributes to the Dyker Heights Civic Association and pens a weekly column, "Common Sense," in the Brooklyn Home Reporter. Jerry and his wife Janet still call Dyker Heights home.
