Today’s episode is all about ditching the ordinary for what actually gets results.

My morning looked like this:
🍋 Lemon water
🏋️‍♀️ Gym with a friend — not to lose weight, but to build strength + have FUN
🍽️ Curried sausages and sautéed cabbage for breakfast (yep, I said it)
