Wow what a fun first Guest Expert! The Health Habits Coach is joined by personal trainer and functional fitness expert Sharon Taill. Sharon has more than 3 decades of expert experience as a fitness trainer and OT support and she has worked with an incredibly diverse range of people and their different health challenges. Sharon shares insight on how to make activity happen more in your day and your life, no matter your health condition or stage of life.
