Andrew Horne is an American filmmaker based in Prague. Having worked his way into the industry over the past few years through networking, visiting sets, acting, writing, and directing, he saw an opportunity to document the foreign film scene that's so rich and active in Prague, so that's what he did. Starting Expat Kino Talks as a bridge between new and emerging filmmakers with enthusiastic and seasoned veterans in the Czech film scene.
