The Power of You
Hello and welcome to The Power of You! My name is Ashley Ta.
I am an Army Veteran, an Army Wife, a mother of three and a mindset/transformation coach. I have been on my own transformational journey since January 2014.
I started my journey overweight, unhappy, and unsure of if I would ever truly be able to find my own power.
I have struggled most of my life with low self-esteem, and was bullied a lot as a kid for my weight/size. So when I started my journey in 2014, my sole focus was just to lose the weight I gained after having my first child (and gaining 80 lbs).
But throughout my journey (and a total of three babies), I have learned so much about myself. More than I was ever expecting to learn.
So that is why I wanted to create this podcast.
To share what I've learned over the last 10+ years in my journey, and to continue to inspire, encourage. motivate and help other women find and discover their own power and magic, from the inside out.

Hello friend!
On today's episode of "The Power of You", I am going to be sharing with you a sneak peek episode into my 6-week course, "TRANSFORM".
TRANSFORM is a course that will teach you how to create the life-long community to transform into the happiest and healthiest version of you; mind, body and beyond.
During these 6 weeks together, you will receive a 6-week workout program (that can be done at the gym or at home). You will also receive a workbook created by me to help you further implement the things we discuss (journal prompts, trackers, etc), as well as have access to me via Voxer where the majority of our time will be spent together.
You will also have access to a private podcast channel where you will receive 4 podcast episodes a week, as well as a mini Friday pep talk to end each week.
The podcasts cover things from consistency and habits, to nutrition and relationships with food, to mindset and self-talk.
