The Shadow of the People Pleaser
this week in my winter within series we are discussing the people pleaser shadow! I think as women, this is one we have probably all related to at one time or another. we discuss signs you have the people pleaser shadow and all the different parts of your upbringing that may have led to this in your adult life. at the end, I give you multiple journal prompts to take with you during your journey of healing this shadow and growing from it.
