The Biggest Lessons I Learned in 2024
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I cannot believe this is my second new year since starting my podcast. this week we talk about what I will be doing to prepare for the new year and how I will be moving about some of my very needed reflection practices. then, we will get into all of the lessons I have learned this year. 2024 was one of those years where so many great things happened for me externally, but I did not reflect that internally. let's talk about it! xxx
