Fr. Paul S. Manning began his academic career studying wildlife management at Virginia Tech. Discerning his vocation there, he completed his undergraduate studies in philosophy.  He subsequently attended St. Mary’s Seminary and University in Baltimore, MD, where he earned an S.T.B. and M. Div. He was ordained for the Diocese of Paterson in 1985. His assignments since then have included ministry as a parochial vicar, as a high school chaplain, teacher and president, as the diocesan vocation director and Vicar for Education, and as a pastor. 

Fr. Manning now serves as the Vicar for Evangelization at St. Paul Inside the Walls, in Madison, NJ.  He is excited to be engaged in the ministry of the New Evangelization, convinced that God reveals himself in truth, goodness and beauty, and most especially in a relationship with Jesus, the Lord.
