Mike Bulger is a Rochester native who returned home to pursue his passion around food systems. Bulger holds a master's degree in Food Studies from New York University and previously coordinated community food access programs and patient dietary interventions at New York Presbyterian/Hudson Valley Hospital. As Healthy Communities Coordinator, Bulger oversees Healthi Kids' equitable food access and complete streets work.
