In this weeks interview episode of the M3 podcast, I get to be the one interviewed for the show Luminary Lui by helping entrepreneurs shift from hustle culture into creation through structure, accountability, and time-blocking with daily top priorities plus scheduled creative space. I shares practical regulation tools—movement, journaling, dancing, breathwork, EFT tapping, meditation, prayer, and sensory grounding—to reset after distractions and create a felt sense of safety, emphasizing affirmations and discerning thoughts that are “for you” versus draining. I describe prayer and reading the Bible as central to managing overwhelm, anxiety, and nightmares, including her commitment to sobriety and her experience with bipolar disorder, depression, and therapy, while noting AI can provide unbiased perspective.
