In this episode, I am joined by my beautiful friend Sally O’Neil...a smart cookie she is. Sal is based in Bondi, Sydney. She wears multiple hats which all beautifully come together to form the work she does in the world. She is a Clinical Nutritionist, Food Stylist / Photographer and Founder of the Status 80/20 app. Sal specialises in helping women to understand nutrition & exercise from a balanced perspective, grounded in scientific evidence.
