Kara Kroeger's mission is to raise the quality of life for all beings by teaching people embodying the ecology of human, animal and land health as one. She is a Certified Herbalist & Nutritionist, and holds a Bachelors of Science in Agriculture from Texas State University. She has 25 years of combined experience studying and coaching in regenerative agriculture, natural medicine, nutrition, cooking, mindfulness, and cultivating abundance. She is a 5th generation Central Texan and currently lives in the lush mountains of Western North Carolina.
