Dr. Scott Eilers is a licensed and practicing clinical psychologist. He is the creator and director of multiple intensive outpatient programs for mood and anxiety disorders, as well as the author of the book “For When Everything Is Burning” and the host of the podcast “The Psychology of Depression and Anxiety.” In addition to traditional psychotherapy concepts, Dr. Eilers also draws inspiration from stoicism, minimalism, fitness, and nutritional psychiatry.
