Ben Ratliff

Ben is the Associate Pastor at Covenant PCA in Cleveland, MS.
He is from Jackson, MS and received a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Belhaven University (2009) and graduated from RTS Jackson in 2013.
He served previously at Providence PCA in Salisbury, MD from 2013-2016. For a while he labored in south Mississippi at two churches (First Pres Hazlehurst and First Pres Wesson) before moving to Cleveland in 2020.

Ben publishes other content at Pulpit Matters and Especially the Preaching and Reforming Men

Jared Nelson

Jared has been the pastor of New Life Presbyterian Church of Hopewell Township since 2014. He received a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2010 and has served The Lord as an Assistant Pastor at Providence Presbyterian Church, as a Hospital Chaplain at Methodist Medical Center and Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, TX and as a Pastoral Intern at Park Cities Presbyterian Church.

Scott Edburg

Scott is the Senior Minister of Providence PCA in Troy, IL.
He attended Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL, and received a B.A. in Pastoral Ministry in 2016. After college, Scott moved to Jackson, Mississippi, and received an M.Div. from Reformed Theological Seminary in 2019. 

Scott served as a Director of Youth Ministry at First Presbyterian Church of Yazoo City, MS from 2016-2019 under Dr. Charles Wingard. Scott then served as the Assistant Pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Tuscumbia, AL from 2019 to 2023.

Adam and his wife Arryn have been married since 2001 and have four children. He attended Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS and is overjoyed to be able to now call Oregon home. He considers the responsibility of shepherding God's people and preaching GOd's inspired and inerrant Word to be his highest priority as a pastor.

Ben Kappers

Pastor Ben Kappers is a native of Hingham, Wisconsin and is married to his wife of fifteen years, Melanie. Pastor Ben and Melanie have six children: Caleb, Grace, Anna, Drew, Luke, and Elizabeth. Melanie is from South Holland, Illinois; she plays the piano and organ and homeschools their children.
 

Pastor Ben is a graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS (M.Div.) and Orlando, FL (D.Min.). Ordained in 2011, He has twelve years of senior pastor experience serving churches both in the Reformed Church in America and the Presbyterian Church in America. His call with All Saints is as an evangelist to Southwest Utah under the oversight of the Northern California Presbytery of the PCA.

Fred Greco

Rev. Greco currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Christ Church in Katy, TX (West Houston). He grew up in the Buffalo, NY area, along with his wife, Deb. Fred studied Classics and History at the University of Buffalo, and then moved on to graduate studies, earning an MA in Classics at the University of Chicago. He then earned a J.D. at the University of Michigan Law School and practiced as a corporate attorney specializing in commercial finance and real estate law in Cleveland, Ohio. Since becoming a minister in 2006, he has served in the PCA in many different capacities, chairing various committees, and is the current Chairman of the Standing Judicial Commission of the PCA. He has written for Tabletalk, the Gospel Reformation Network, and other outlets, especially on topics related to the Church and Church Polity. He serves as a board member for a Reformed seminary in China.

Guy Waters

Dr. Guy Waters is the James M. Baird, Jr. Professor of New Testament and Academic Dean (Jackson, Brazil). He is a Teaching Elder in the Presbytery of the Mississippi Valley (PCA), and preaches regularly. He chaired the Presbytery’s Credentials Committee for more than a decade, and presently serves as Presbytery’s Parliamentarian. He has served on the PCA General Assembly’s Standing Judicial Commission since 2017.

Howie Donahoe

Donahoe has been a member of the PCA for 36 years and has attended churches in Washington, Virginia, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. He has served as a ruling elder for 32 years. He and his wife, Debbie, have been married for 34 years. They have five adult children who are all involved in local churches.

Jeremy Byrd

Jeremy serves as the Senior Pastor of Christ Church PCA in Trussville. Raised in a Christian home, he came to faith at a young age and later sensed a call to ministry, earning a degree in Biblical Studies from Ambassador Baptist College. He and his wife, Heather, married in 2001 and have three grown sons. His ministry began as a Baptist missionary in Argentina, where he embraced Reformed convictions. After returning to Detroit, he completed seminary studies, helped plant two PCA churches, and served at Redeemer Presbyterian. Before coming to Trussville in 2024, he pastored a PCA congregation in Ann Arbor. His passion is to proclaim Christ and strengthen His people through the ordinary means of grace.

John Bise

John is a ruling elder at Cornerstone Presbyterian Church in Huntsville, Alabama, and a longtime business consultant with decades of experience in finance and conflict resolution. Elected moderator of the 49th General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) in 2022, Bise is known for his fair, collegial leadership and deep commitment to the church. A graduate of Vanderbilt University and Harvard Business School, he has served at every level of the PCA courts, including as Vice Chair of the Standing Judicial Commission and moderator of Providence Presbytery. A “son of the PCA,” Bise brings a peacemaker’s heart to his work and a vision for unity, worship, and gospel witness across the denomination. He and his wife, Jane, have been married for 45 years and have two daughters.

Jonathan Gibson

Rev. Dr. Jonathan Gibson (PhD, Cambridge University) is associate professor of Old Testament at Westminster Theological Seminary. Dr. Gibson previously served as associate minister at Cambridge Presbyterian Church in England.

He is a contributor to and co-editor (with David Gibson) of From Heaven He Came and Sought Her: Definite Atonement in Historical, Biblical, Theological, and Pastoral Perspective. He is also the author of historical and biblical articles in Themelios, Journal of Biblical Literature, and Tyndale Bulletin, as well as “Obadiah” in the NIV Proclamation Bible

Matthew Bradley

Matt grew up in a Christian home and the US Air Force. After graduating from East Tennessee State University in 1996 (BA, History) he served four years as an artillery officer in the US Army. He's a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary (ThM, 2006) and has been an ordained minister in the PCA since 2009. Matt is married to Leslie, his wife of more than 25 years, and together they have two adult sons, Ian and Xavier. He is a commercial pilot and loves flying, the Nashville Predators, and the Oxford comma.

In addition to pastoring All Saints, Matt taught at New College Franklin in Franklin, TN (Systematic and Biblical Theology, NT Greek) from 2014-2022. He has also taught the Bible in Rwanda with ELI as well as in Asia. Matt has been a Twin Lakes Fellow since 2009.

Stephen Spinnenweber

Stephen was born and raised in Pasadena, Maryland and earned his BA in history from the University of Maryland University College and he earned his Masters of Divinity from Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary (GPTS). Stephen and his wife, Sarah, are high school sweethearts and have been married since 2013. They are proud parents to four beautiful children.

Steve Dowling

Ruling Elder Steve Dowling was first ordained as a ruling elder in 2003 at New Life Presbyterian Church in Stafford, Virginia. Since then he has served as an elder at Covenant in Southeast Alabama Presbytery. At the Assembly he has been a member of the Overtures Committee and Committee on Constitutional Business, and most recently was elected moderator of the 51st PCA General Assembly.
