We talk through how she got started, how she grew her brand into what it is today, and the struggles she encountered along the way.

When it comes to building and growing brands, Nicole knows her stuff. She was one of the first wave of influencers in the wellness space and has uniquely utilized her background in finance to expand into Angel Investing.

Nicole has quite an amazing story with how she started to where she is now.

After discovering her gluten allergy in 2009 and her later Celiac Disease diagnosis, Nicole took it upon herself to change the way restaurants catered to customers with gluten allergies and other dietary restrictions by outlining their gluten-free options and accommodations. This is how NOBREAD was born.

Her NOBREAD dining guides began in New York City where she was living at the time, and have since expanded to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Chicago, DC, and London. NOBREAD today focuses on the best gluten-free products and recipes, health & wellness tips, travel hacks, and all other components of the NOBREAD life.

Nicole’s motto of “just because your life has to be affected, doesn’t mean your lifestyle has to be,” resonates with her 200,000+ followers on Instagram!

When Nicole started NOBREAD, she was working in Equity Sales at J.P. Morgan and previously graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University.
