How To Be A Better Cook At Home with Chef Gisela Salazar Golding || Ep 9
I LOVE food and love to eat. Cooking it however... That's a different story!
So today, I am so excited to sit down with Chef Gisela who shares some amazing tips for how to be a better cook, the essential tools all home kitchens need, how she got started, and so much more.
Gisela first started cooking at the age of 13, when she started making traditional Venezuelan desserts in order to make some extra money. When a family friend saw what she was doing, they helped her land her first internship in a professional kitchen.
From there, Gisela went to culinary school and then embarked on an international career across kitchens in Dublin, Shanghai, France, Venezuela, Cambodia, and the United States.
Being fortunate enough to have eaten A LOT of Gisela's food, I can tell you that she is one of the most creative minds I've come across. She came make anything (and I mean ANYTHING) taste delicious!
I hope you enjoy this episode. And here's to us all being better cooks :-)
