He has an impressive roster of clients including celebrities like of Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel, Kate Upton, Chelsea Handler, and athletes like Giancarlo Stanton, Klay Thompson, and Tyrese Haliburton to name a few of the many.
In addition to his private training business, he is also passionate about educating. He has published and/or been featured in over 200 articles in publications like Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Sports Illustrated, and ESPN. He is a member of the advisory board for Men’s Health, where he was also awarded the “Most Innovative Trainer”.
He also consult with several professional sports organizations regarding their strength and conditioning programs, lecture to trainers internationally, and is regularly featured on The Today Show.
