It's New Year's Eve, and if you're like me, you've taken time to plan out what your goals will be for 2024.
Well, I can almost guarantee you that most of you have some sort of growth that you're targeting for the new year. I encourage you to push for that growth. But, I also want you to know that there is a chance that you might leave some people behind, and that's okay.
I'm a firm believer that as long as YOU are growing into the goals you have set for yourself, it will serve to inspire those around you at some point.
