On a mission to raise the profile of ADHD in females, Laura and Louise chat with people from all over the world to hear their experiences of neurodivergence, their journey to diagnosis and how the condition has impacted their lives.

After many years of not knowing they had ADHD, Laura and Louise are keen to share their and others' stories- with the world, sometimes oversharing. But that's the funny stuff.

We want to change the world, yet sometimes we can't even make a packed lunch for the kids.

Laura Spence

Laura is a midwife, mother of three children and her teenage daughter has Autism. She is married to John and they live in the Channel Islands.

Laura was diagnosed as ADHD at the age of 37years after struggling all her life with anxiety and depression.

Laura is studying for a Masters Degree in Perinatal Mental Health and wants to help the neurodivergent birthing community.
Additionally Laura practices as a Birth Trauma Therapist helping people resolve their pregnancy related trauma.

Louise Brady

Louise Brady is a highly experienced mental health nurse with a career spanning over 20 years. She is passionate about providing compassionate care and support to individuals facing mental health challenges. Currently residing in Chester, Louise is dedicated to making a positive impact on the well-being of her patients and the wider community.

Louise has 3 children and is married to her husband Peter. She was diagnosed at the age of 40 with ADHD and it has been transformational.
