Sara Jay is an ADHD Nurse Specialist and Non-medical Prescriber with experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across the lifespan. She has professional and personal knowledge and experience of neurodivergence as an ADHD female who received a later-life diagnosis. She has two children diagnosed in their teenage years with ADHD and autism.
Sara shares her journey with Laura and Louise, gaining insight into "under-the-desk" fidgeting.
