Ali Speechly, a South Londoner with roots in India and Italy, has nearly 9 years' experience coaching football from grassroots and community to academies such as Spurs and Chelsea. She is currently taking a break from coaching but is still involved in the game in many ways, including various board roles. 

Steph Fairbairn, a Geordie who moved to London in 2010, has been coaching for 4 years and has worked in grassroots, schools, and on community projects, with players from the age of 4 to 18. She is Head Coach at Dalmain Athletic Girls FC, where she manages the u15s league team.
