40% of the construction workforce will retire by 2030. One of the most overlooked aspects in solving this labor shortage has to do with women in construction. I've seen over the years that there are women who want to work in construction. But have yet to be shown the path to joining the industry. But here's the truth: Whether it's as a carpenter on the field or a Project Executive leading some of the biggest projects in the states. There's definitely a place for more women in construction.
