In this episode I dish about what it's like being a teacher and constantly getting your feelings hurt because of the nature of our job. It's okay to have hurt feelings. Your feelings should be validate, but you should also have a game plan of action for when they are hurt. Self care is a top priority in this episode as I give you several ideas for how to heal after we've dealt with the person who has hurt us.
