It can be a big struggle to exercise regularly and feel like you are really accomplishing something with your workouts. Many of us tend to put so much pressure on our “plans” that it quickly becomes too overwhelming and we throw in the towel as soon as we miss a workout or things don’t go the way we had planned. Because of this, we are constantly starting over and getting frustrated with ourselves. 

I went through this for YEARS until I realized a few things that would help me stay more consistent. Today I want to share five of those things in case they’ll help you, too!
