Welcome to Grown Up, we are Ella & Georgia, 30-Something sisters.
We've always enjoyed our long phone calls, and when, in 2023, we both realised we had entered our growth era, we decided we would start to share, in realtime, our profound wisdom (& humility) with the aim of helping others who are navigating their own awakenings.
Using and celebrating both scientific and spiritual methods we are curating our toolkits in order to deconstruct, balance, and re-build to meet ourselves and the world on a new level, a better level.
