Hi there, my friend. It's me, Karli. I'm back today with a guided meditation to help you recognize that abundance begins within. I'm a life and wellness coach, I'm also building a community of women in midlife and beyond. I hope that you'll continue to join me here. Check out my emails, which you can sign up for in my transcript and show notes and check out what the community is all about. All month long in November, I'll be diving into different facets of abundance. I'll have three different meditations or guided visualizations here for you, again about abundance, coming at the topic in different ways. So thank you for joining me here. Let's get started. First, find a comfortable position, whether you're sitting or lying down. Make sure your body feels open to receiving abundance, open to receiving messages that come to you during this meditation. Let's take a nice big breath in together and out. One more time and out. Do a little fidgeting, my friend, maybe tip your head side to side or roll your shoulders, wiggle your seat or your body, to be fully comfortable and relaxed and open to receiving your messages of abundance today. Have your palms facing up. This is a cue to your body and your mind and your spirit that you are open to receiving. As you continue to breathe in your natural pattern, start to think about abundance and how it feels in your body. Part of noticing abundance is releasing any thoughts of scarcity. When you start to look at the abundance in your life within yourself, rather than focusing on what is lacking what you don't have, you will find a world open up in front of you, an abundant world. Today we're starting with the abundance that is within you. Think about your breath, your heart, your body, your mind, your soul, the abundance that lives within you. Feel the feelings of abundance in your body. Where do you feel it? Start to notice things inside you that are so plentiful. Your knowledge, your wisdom, your experience, the self-kindness and self-compassion and love that is inside of you. Feel the expansive feelings of abundance inside of you. What are the unique talents, strengths, characteristics that live abundantly inside of you, my friend? If you notice any thoughts of lack or scarcity coming up, don't fight them. Just let them dissipate into wispy clouds that float away. Focus on your breath. On the expansive feeling in your body that tells you, yes, I embody abundance. Take a big breath in and let it out. And place your hands over your heart. And express gratitude to yourself, to your body, to your soul, for all that is abundant within you. Take a few big breaths here at your own pace. Feel the gratitude, feel the abundance inside of you. Go ahead and drop your hands back into your lap. And before we come back to the space you're in, think about where abundance begins within you. What is one thing, one place, one thought that you can return to to help you remember how abundant you are. When it feels right, go ahead and wiggle your fingers and toes. Start to listen to the environment around you, tune into other senses, and then blink open your eyes to come back to now. Thank you for joining me for this meditation today.
