Hey there my friend. It's me. Karli. Thank you so much for joining me here today for this guided visualization to help you ease into what's next. 2026 is upon us. I created this visualization to help you ease into what can be a beautifully happy, aligned, and fulfilling year. So find a comfy space where you can preferably lie down and get fully settled in. Wiggle your body, roll your shoulders. Tip your head side to side. Squeeze your facial muscles, squeeze your fists, and then relax it all. Let's start with a nice big breath in and an even longer exhale out. Breathe in ease. Exhale, tension. Inhale, openness. Exhale, resistance. Take another big breath in and out, and then let your breath return to its natural pattern. Notice how your belly rises and lowers, and visualize yourself standing in a very large doorway. It's incredibly high, very wide, and it leads into an expansive white space. The ceilings are so tall, you can't even see the walls. It's all white. It's incredibly clean. And the only thing in it is a comfy, cozy space for you to lie down on. So slowly walk over to that space and settle in. As you land here, you feel the soft textures of the fabrics. You feel how soft and cozy and warm it is. There's an amazing scent that surrounds you, and it just feels so good. Notice in your body how it feels. Now bring your attention to the space that you're in, this clean, fresh place. This my friend, is what's next. This open space with nothing in it but you in this cozy spot is 2026. So I invite you now to think about what you will place in this space from 2025. Not everything has to come with you. You get to choose. Choose the things that help you feel fulfilled, happy, aligned, purposeful, filled with joy. There's no rush to do this, my friend. And now I invite you to think about what you want to put into this space, into this fresh start that is new What will help you feel happy, aligned, purposeful, filled with joy. This is your space. It's limitless. Again, there's no rush to decide. And reality is not a filter my friend. Notice how your body is feeling and what messages it's sending you. If you're sensing anything that doesn't meet your criteria, it's okay. You can change your mind. Just because you've placed something here doesn't mean it has to stay. You get to decide. This is such an expansive space. There's no possible way you could fill it all at once. It will be a collection over time. Today was just the beginning, or if you've been here before, a continuation. Each time you get a little more discerning because your understanding of what you want, what you desire, what meets your criteria deepens. Take a nice big breath in my friend, and a big exhale, and just soak in those warm, cozy, feel good vibes of the space you're creating. This is what's next for you. Put your hands over your heart and take another big breath in and exhale. And you can leave your hands there or put them back down by your side if that feels better to you, and just start to bring your attention back to the space you're in. Pull yourself away from that cozy spot in your What's next space back to the here and now. Maybe wiggle your fingers and toes, if that helps, and just bring your attention back by listening to the sounds around you and then gently opening your eyes. 2026 is an expansive, clean, open space for you to fill with the things that you want to place there, my friend.
