Hi there! I'm Karli Newman, and this is my podcast, FLIPSIDE OF MIDLIFE®.
In my mid-40s, my positive mindset was tested. I felt life was passing me by. I was restless in my career even though I loved my job, and exhausted after years of ignoring my self-care. PLUS the hormonal shifts of perimenopause were affecting me in ways I didn't know or understand.
Externally I maintained a positive attitude. Internally I struggled with changing my life’s direction. I didn't talk about it and it took me years to work through it.
Over time I took some big leaps, including a move back to Arizona. I created a new approach to my life and maximized my innate positivity. That’s how I ended up here - helping women like you tap into your positive mindset and inner expertise to see and seize the possibilities around you. I don’t want you to do this alone!
I’m a certified coach focused on whole-life wellness. I know from personal experience what a transformational time of life this is and how challenging it feels sometimes! I’m here to help you navigate obstacles, uncover how to move forward, and continue your unique journey of personal growth and self-discovery.
I intentionally create short episodes that fit into your busy life and get you thinking about your well-being. I cover topics that the women in this community care about (that's you BTW!).

Hey there, my friend. Welcome to this bonus episode of FLIPSIDE OF MIDLIFE®. I'm gonna keep it short, so please stick with me to hear what I have for you. A while back, I realized that there are moments in midlife and beyond where you just want the answers. You just want them placed in front of you. And while I wholeheartedly believe that the answers you seek are indeed within you, it does take some uncovering to allow them to come to the surface, and sometimes that takes longer than other times. I've really been thinking about this over the past six months, really since the beginning of twenty twenty-six, of what I could provide to help other women as they are going through these moments. I created three different collections of guides, almost like mini workbooks, that you can use to help you get the answers you seek. Three collections. The first one is Take 20. These are for the moments when you are stressed out, you're overthinking things, or you're feeling overwhelmed. The Take 20 Collection is more about following a framework that helps you move through a process in 20 minutes to help you get to the other side of stress, of overwhelm, or of overthinking These are perfect for you to take 20 minutes and work through the process to reset. The next collection I created is the Clarity Collection. So these guides help you process, in whatever time it takes you to process, through certain issues. I created three to start, and these are helping you find a way through a difficult decision, helping you get unstuck and noticing what your relationships are asking of you. So when you are encountering one of those issues, you can check out a Clarity guide. And the third collection that I created is a little more intensive in the workbook, and that is the Aligned collection, and these go a layer deeper with your self-discovery. These help you reconnect with your identity, discover your purpose, and appreciate the body that you're in here in midlife and beyond. These are for when you are really wanting to know more about yourself and make some discoveries at deeper levels within yourself. The Clarity and the Aligned collections allow you to work through that process in your own timing, whatever that looks like for you. And again, the Take 20 collection is designed to take 20 minutes. Every guide is budget-friendly. Right now, as I release this episode, Take 20 collection is $7 a piece, the Clarity collection is$9 a piece, and the Aligned collection is $11 a piece. And those prices may change over time, but that's where they're starting, and I will have discounts available here and there when you purchase more than one at a time.
