Beth Andress

Beth brings her own expertise and background. Making a conscious decision to step away from martial arts training, she obtained her Violence Prevention and Self-Defence Certification. She has immersed herself in the realm of education, focusing on raising awareness and promoting prevention. Beth’s passion lies in instructing easy-to-learn, effective techniques that are applicable to real estate professionals of all backgrounds. Notably, Beth holds certification in Street Safe’s core curriculum and has achieved the status of an Advanced Practitioner in Situational Awareness. She maintains a full-time career in law enforcement, ensuring she stays up to date with the latest trends and resources concerning digital violence and human trafficking. These valuable insights are seamlessly integrated into our Street Safe Programs.

Rob Andress

With an extensive background in both real estate and violence prevention, Rob is uniquely positioned to understand the risks that you as real estate professionals face, and how to protect yourself. It's a different approach to teaching, drawing on life experiences and an understanding of violence to provide a better way of training, educating, and establishing a foundation for real estate professionals to lead safer lives and enhance their self protection skills. 

Rob holds certifications in Violence Prevention and Self-Defence, and expertise in Pure and Applied debilitation tactics. He has achieved the designation of an Advanced Practitioner in Situational Awareness and has undergone training with internationally renowned experts in the psychology of violence and effective physical self-defence techniques. Additionally, Rob is a trained facilitator in the A.L.I.V.E. program offering active threat survival training to educators and corporate clients.
