In these Podcasts I will talk about things that I learned over the years regarding restoring your health holistically, also from a biblical perspective. These are things that I learned as my dad journeyed through cancer starting in 1992. He lived for 15 years with cancer during which time we were able to change his diet and lifestyle, which I believed allowed him to live 15 additional years. I want to share the information that I have learned.

Podcast #003 Detoxification
Everyday we are feeding your bodies ultra processed foods that are high in sugar, sodium, fats, additives and preservatives. Sugar is one of the most addictive substances on the planet. Sodium, fats, additives and preservatives are added to our food products in just the right amounts to give them a long shelf life and to cause addiction. If the body does not recognize the additives and preservatives and is not able to metabolize and get rid of them it could cause toxicity.
We can also become toxic from the air that we breathe, heavy metals, parasites, medication, personal care products and stress. This can damage our tissues and organs and could cause obesity, heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. One of the best ways to remove toxicity from the body is through regular detoxification.
In this Podcast I will talk about the benefits of detoxification and how it can be a key to a healthy liver and immune system.
