Capsher was founded in 1994 as a software consulting firm to connect people, processes, and technology. The founders wanted the freedom to create and craft better software than what they were seeing delivered.

Over the years, Capsher grew from a successful startup into an established, reputable provider in custom software consulting and development. We outgrew our first, second, and third office spaces, and eventually constructed a fit-for-purpose building in the heart of Bryan – College Station. With over 100 employees, our offices are a comfortable, functional, and welcoming working environment.
