Speaker 1:Revisit these affirmations throughout your day and your week, and this week I want you to block out 30 minutes to an hour. Go clear some space in your living room. Find your favorite album, whether it's on vinyl tape, cd, spotify, youtube, whatever it is that you want to listen to it on. Crank it up, so turn it as loud as you can, and literally I want you to dance around your living room. I want you to be free. I want you to own your dance. I want you to own your moves. I want you to just let yourself go.
