This is daily affirmations. I am constantly growing and evolving into a better person. I am freeing myself from all destructive doubt and fear. I accept myself for who I am. I am beautiful. I create peace, power and confidence of mind and of heart. I am going to forgive myself and free myself. I am healing and strengthening every day. I've made it through the hard times before I'm coming out stronger and better. I choose myself. I am going to make it through this.
Speaker 1:Take a moment to inhale and exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale. We're coming to the end of January. This week we step into a new month, february. Boom, just like that. Take time out to reflect on the month of January, the highs, the lows, the good and the bad. On the 31st toast to the end of the month and reward yourself. Whether it be a yogurt, a chocolate bar, sweets, dessert or you go to the cinema, however big, small, reward yourself for making it through January and all that you've done. It hasn't gone unnoticed, even if no one's acknowledged you. So, until next week, keep listening. Repeat these daily, weekly or just whenever you need them.
