Speaker 1:I fill my days with positive activities that make me happier. I have it in me to stick to my routines and be consistent all month long. Every time I think about my goals, it inspires me to work harder. I gladly add new healthy habits into my daily routine. I feel loved and supported in all my new beginnings. I trust my inner guidance and follow it. I accept my emotions and let them move through me. I take care of myself mind, body and spirit. I trust myself to make the right decisions. I give myself permission to take up space. Ladies and gentlemen, second month of the year, it feels great to have made it Stick with your affirmations. Be consistent with them. Even if you don't do all 10, do at least one a day. Make it hit home, make it resonate, make it be yours. And remember, be your own cheerleader.
