This Week’s Affirmations:
- I give myself permission to ease back in — productivity flows best when I’m present, not pressured.
- Rest was not wasted time; it was preparation. I return with clarity and renewed strength.
- September is a fresh chapter, and I’m ready to write it with courage and intention.
- I don’t have to rush — steady steps are still progress.
- I welcome the new opportunities this season holds for me.

- My mind is calm, my body is aligned, and my spirit is expectant for good things.

Speaker 1:Thanks for taking a moment to show yourself love today. Whether you whispered it, wrote it down or simply let the words settle in your heart and spirit, you've done something powerful. You've really done something powerful. Here's a mini self-care activity that you can do this week and weeks, months to come. It's called the cold splash reset. Fill a bowl with cold water or use your bathroom sink. Submerge your hands or splash your face for a few seconds, breathe deeply as you imagine, washing away August's heaviness, and then finish by stretching your arms wide as you open up for September. Come back anytime you need a reminder of who you are or who you're becoming. Healing is for all of us, growth is for all of us and love it starts right here.
