I step into September with clarity and confidence. Here are this week's affirmations. Well, first of all, full of fresh anointing. Full of fresh, just anything that you was lacking and you feel I just need it for next month. Step into this month knowing that this month is yours. So today's affirmation is all about September and the fact that it's time for us to start this fresh chapter, and I choose to enter it with courage and calm, and that's literally it. So repeat these after me, use them as your journal entries. Literally, you can pause, stop, start, come back. Let's just do this real quick as we step into September, like, repeat them after me before we get into the 10. Let's just step into September because it's the first, and say I choose courage, I choose calm. Now take a deep breath in and exhale any heaviness, any heaviness, any heaviness that you have been carrying from August, from January through to August. Not today, not today. We're not doing this in September. Let today be the start of something steady, something rooted and something new. We're wrapping up the year quicker than we even started it. So I want you to remember even though we're wrapping it up, you are not behind. You are exactly where you need to be, and September is proof that new beginnings are always available. Let me repeat that new beginnings are always available. So welcome to the Striving Butterfly podcast, a space for real growth, heart healing and honest transformation. I'm your host. Speaker 1:Now don't just leave right now. I want you to just take part in a simple self-care activity. For this week this is going to be a three minute stretch and reset, yeah, so stand up and shake it out for 30 seconds. Stand up I can't because the camera's not gonna go with me, but stand up and shake it out for 30 seconds. Loosen your arms, your shoulders, shoulders, your legs. Shake off August's heaviness. Stretch wide, reach both arms up to the sky. Then stretch out like you're opening up to receive everything that you're supposed to receive in this new month of September, this new month. Just open and stretch yourself out to receive it all, everything that you know that you should be yours. Take three slow breaths right here Now, ground yourself for about a minute and a half, place your hands over your heart, close your eyes and repeat any affirmation that comes to your mind.
Speaker 1:September is a fresh chapter for me, and I choose to enter it with courage and calmness. That's it A quick, playful reset. You can do anywhere morning, midday or before you go to bed and you can also use it if you're feeling very caught up or very unsettled or uneasy, and anytime you feel like you need to come back. Come back to this. Come back to this. Let it be your reminder. Healing is for all of us, growth is for all of us, and love it starts with you. It starts with you.
