Whether you whispered it, wrote it down or simply let the words flow through and settle in your spirit, you done something powerful. You done something that you needed.

So here's your mini self-care activity to just take some time out, take five minutes every day this week and you should be doing this anyway, just to put a smile on your face. And this week we're gonna be playing our favorite song and we're gonna dance around the room girl guy. I do this all the time. I do this all the time and it just replenishes me. It brings so much joy along with me singing along not everyone likes my singing, but hey, it just brings me so much joy.

And while you're just dancing around the room listening to your tune, um, sip something fancy, whatever it is a tea, a coffee, a prosecco not too much now, but just something nice. If you're not really in the theoured drinks and the fizzy drinks, just give yourself a little treat and then, as well as that, take some time to watch something silly. As well as that, just take a moment. Take a moment to listen to your favourite playlist and really enjoy it. Take a moment to just watch something that's going to absolutely make you laugh and not have to use any brain power this week. Take a moment to step outside and just breathe in the fresh air, the fresh air of September, whatever that looks like, whatever that feels like.

The whole goal here is to train your body and your mind to recognize that joy doesn't have to wait for big moments. It's found in small daily pauses Like your small successes, your small wins. Celebrate them, however small they are. Celebrate them. Have joy, bring joy. Don't wait for someone to bring joy to you. Don't wait for someone to post something through your letterbox that's going to make you smile. Don't wait for someone to text you to tell you how beautiful you are or how your day is going. Don't wait for someone to say should we go out? Do for yourself, do what it is that you need for yourself and bring joy to your own self. Now I hope these and the reset has allowed to bring a real bounce in your step.
