Gratitude & Growth
Welcome to the Gratitude & Growth Podcast—a space for honest conversations about personal growth, mindset, emotional healing, and becoming who you want to be.
I’m Sara Mitich—an actor ( Star Trek: Discovery, The Expanse, or Murdoch Mysteries), yogi, and life coach—here to share the real-life tools and reflections that help us navigate this beautifully messy human experience.
Each episode is here to help you:
🌱 Build emotional resilience
🌿 Align with your true self
🧠 Shift your mindset with grounded insights
💚 Cultivate more presence, peace, and gratitude
Whether we’re exploring self-discovery, somatic work, neuroscience, or spiritual growth, this podcast is all about the "how" of transformation—through grounding reflections, practical tools, and soulful stories you can apply to real life.
So grab your coffee, head out for a walk, or settle in—let’s grow together. 🎧

Sarah Fisher: Being Kind, Feeling Your Feelings & Giving Yourself a Seat at the Table
This week I have actress Sarah Fisher joining me to talk about Kindness, Feeling Your Feelings, Giving Yourself a Seat at the Table and so much more. Sarah is known for her roles on Degrassi, Kiss & Cry, Full Out (just to name a few).
Sarah is not only a talented actor, she is, hands down, one of the kindest people that I know. We’ve both had a similar life event happen that propelled us to sit down and do the work on ourselves, and get to the nitty gritty details of how to show up in the world the way we want to show up. This episode is raw, vulnerable, and honest as we both chat about the steps we took to let go of people and things that didn’t serve us.
Please also join me in seeing Sarah’s latest movie SOMEONE LIKE YOU (@someonelikeyoumovie) premiering April 2nd in cinemas across North America!
