Keeping a Positive/Grateful/Abundant Mindset Amongst Negativity
This week on the Gratitude & Growth Podcast I answer Kearsten’s question. I asked on Instagram what you wanted to hear more about and she asked to hear “more on how to keep a positive, abundant mindset among negative people and the news.”
This is a great one and super important in today’s world. It takes an awareness of your subconscious, what you’re filling it with, how you start and end your day, and everything in between! I lay out some specific tools and exercises I use to keep my mindset sharp.
